Subscription Plan: Your selected service tier (Simplify, Amplify, Safeguard).
2. Eligibility
To use Artfundi, you must:
Be 18+ or legally authorised to accept these Terms.
Provide accurate account information.
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Account Access
Signup requires your email and a subscription plan selection.
MFA is mandatory for Safeguard plans and encouraged for others.
Access is limited by plan features (e.g., storage, number of users).
Restrictions

Share credentials without authorisation.
Decompile or reverse-engineer our software.
Use the service unlawfully or disrupt its function.

5. What You Get on Signup
Access to your user dashboard

6. Billing Terms
Subscription fees are recurring and non-refundable unless required by law.
Additional fees may apply for consulting or digital services (see your agreement).
Cancelling
Cancel via your dashboard or by emailing us.
Your access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
Artfundi retains ownership of its platform and related IP.
You retain ownership of your content.
Service outputs (e.g., website designs) are governed by separate agreements.
8. Data Protection
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001, using encryption and strict access protocols.
9. Termination
By You: Cancel anytime; data is deleted per our policy.
